Terms of Sale and Payment — CR Takst AS
Engagements
An engagement is binding once the order confirmation has been accepted by the customer. The customer is responsible for making relevant documentation available before the inspection takes place.
Performance
Engagements are carried out in accordance with applicable Norwegian law and standards, including the Norwegian Property Sale Act (avhendingsloven) and the standards NS 3600 and NS 3940 where relevant.
Price and payment
The price is agreed in advance or follows the current price list. Invoicing is handled via Svea, which offers different payment solutions, including deferred payment and instalments under their terms.
Documentation
If requested documentation is not submitted within the agreed time, CR Takst AS may obtain it on the customer's behalf. Time spent is invoiced at the applicable hourly rate.
Cancellation
If an engagement is cancelled after the order confirmation has been accepted, time spent on preparatory work will be invoiced. Cancellation later than 48 hours before the agreed inspection may result in full or partial invoicing.
Late payment
Interest and fees apply for late payment in accordance with applicable Norwegian regulations.
Liability
Reports and assessments are prepared for the specific engagement. The total liability of CR Takst AS is limited to the fee for the engagement, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
